To us, IT coaching is 1 on 1 training within the context of your business. You learn relevant smarts to run your business better, work confidently with tech and become more self sufficient. There are 3 flavours:

1. Admin Coaching

If you have a functional IT bod in the office they will need to know the essentials to manage your backend (as it were). Backing up, adding users, monitoring activity, managing Anti Virus, Spam etc. Less support required/lower costs for you!

2. User Coaching

Sometimes a specific individual needs extra juice to help them jump an IT hurdle, save time or make you more money. Can supplement standard IT training.

3. Exec Coaching

Own up if you're an Owner, Manager or Board Member and have never been on an IT training course?  Too busy? Mmmm :) Well this is for you. A 'tech buddy' service is only a discreet phone call away giving you what you need, when you need it.
