Always - Onsite, varied, short/punchy, relevant, involving. Is it blended with Support?
3. Go to work

4. Review

How much does it cost?
Pricing is based on the same model as support - £60-£100/hr.
The more you use the cheaper it gets.
Large projects are normally fixed cost.
