IT Manager placement
As sad as it is, there may be a day when you outgrow us. There is a price point when it becomes more cost effective to have someone onsite who can pick up what we started. Our placement program streamlines this process.
How much does it cost?
Depends on your needs. We will guide you. Junior IT Managers start at around 20k, Gurus 40k.
How does it work?
1. The price
At a pre-agreed monthly membership price point we start looking for suitable people.
2. Found you!
When we are both happy with an applicant, you hire him/her on your payroll on a structured trial basis. PS We don’t charge a % of their salary ongoing. You only pay for our time.
3. Transition
Over the next month we train the new IT Manager to look after you.
4. Don’t leave me in the cold
We retreat back into the dark and murky IT shadows but are always on call for large projects, holiday cover, sickness and when things get too much.
