We offer Pay As You Go and Contract based IT Support for Mac or Windows to keep your IT engine running.
PS Do look at IT in a Box if you want to pay one fee per month and forget about IT Support, Updates, Upgrades, Backup, Surprise Costs, IT Managers etc
Pay As You Go
Prefer footloose and fancy-free? If you only need reactive Mac or PC IT support when the proverbial hits the fan, then simply pay for what you use, plus a small monthly admin fee.

3. We do an MOT & put some money in the 'bank'
We visit your office, meet the team and take some techie notes. This is chargeable but we'll share the cost with you & between us put some money in the PAYG bank to work against
4. Call or email when the poop hits the fan
We will fix your kit & charge 80GBP/hour. Chargeable by the minute for Telephone and Remote Support. Onsite Support is min 1hr charged at 120GBP to cover travel (Sorry to be mean). There is a 5GBP/mth per person fee to cover the quick support calls and any account admin
5. Monthly Reports
At the end of the month we tell you what you've spent where and why. Simples

We fix stuff & charge a fixed 40, 50 or 60GBP per person per month depending on your setup. No callout or any other hidden fees. We will also work form your office occasionally to ensure smooth running of your IT engine
5. Monthly Reports
You get a monthly report detailing what/where/why at your request
