Bonus Hours
For every hour pre-purchased, another 30 minutes is included at no extra charge.
Coaching
Training in context; you upgrade the brains in the business. As a bonus, towards the end of the billing cycle whatever time is not used for IT support rolls into IT coaching.
Service Level Guarantee
We guarantee to be working on critical issues within 4 hours and non-critical within 8. (This can be adjusted)

Every few weeks we publish relevant and tangible hints and tips by e-cast.
Membership Pricing
We offer rolling monthly agreements from £200 - £3500/month. Our membership support is at least a third less expensive than on-demand support, is tailored and adjusts to your company's specific requirements.
How it works?

We then visit you to discuss your needs, go through the details of membership support, and decide whether this is the most effective way of providing support for your organisation.
3. IT MOT
We give each other the once over. You suss out if you like us and we give you a full once over by way of an audit or IT MOT. We share the cost.
4. Brainstorm IT MOT output
Where are you now? Where do you want to go? What are the best tools to get you there. Plan, diarise, cost.
5. We go to work
Any initial projects are completed, then we come in as often as needed to perform preventative maintenance, provide coaching, and cover any issues that have cropped up since our last visit. If you have an emergency or require on-demand support, we can come out between scheduled visits.
6. Quarterly Review
Usage is reviewed monthly and adjusted quarterly so you're not stuck paying for something you’re not getting.
